I offer comprehensive labor and delivery support, including in-depth prenatal and postpartum consultations, childbirth education resources, and on-call availability starting at 35 weeks of pregnancy. 2 Prenatal Visits, Offered In-Person or Virtually
In our first appointment, we'll craft your personalized Birth Plan, aligning on your preferences and goals for labor and delivery. During the second appointment, we'll focus on hands-on techniques for labor movement and pain management, building your confidence and preparing you for the experience ahead.
Continuous Labor & Delivery Support
I’ll be there to provide support when you need it most during labor, offering guidance, reassurance, and coping techniques as your labor progresses. While I’ll join you when you’re ready for hands-on assistance, you can trust that I’ll be available to help you through every stage, ensuring you're comfortable and confident.
2 Postpartum Follow-Up Visits, Offered In-Person or Virtually
After birth, I provide two postpartum follow-up visits—either in-person or virtual—focused on your recovery, mental and physical well-being, and adjustment to life with your baby. During these visits, I offer personalized infant care tips, support and guidance with lactation and feeding, recommend helpful products, and assist with setting up baby essentials or planning ongoing postpartum support, ensuring you feel confident and cared for in the early days of parenthood.

Our Postpartum Services
I provide dedicated overnight postpartum care, including support with newborn feeding, diaper changes, soothing techniques, baby laundry, and fostering healthy sleep habits. Additionally, I assist with bottle and pump sterilization, provide lactation support, and help with postpartum recovery, ensuring you feel rested, supported, and empowered during those early weeks.
Overnight Postpartum Care
Rate: $50 an hour
Shifts available from 8 PM to 6 AM in 6-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour increments.
Minimum commitment: 6 nights*

While I provide attentive care, I do rest when baby rests. Please ensure a comfortable sleeping surface is available, such as a bed, couch, recliner, or air mattress
